Tutbury Opticians can be found in Tutbury Mill Mews, just next door to Whyte's Cafe 

Tutbury Opticians opened in 2006 and has established a reputation for high levels of professional service and as a destination for stylish spectacle wearers. With around 450 frames to choose from it could appear to be a daunting job, but with the help of our honest and passionate team, the job is made easy.

For people who wear spectacles they are an important item, something they want to complement their personality and style. Our Optical Advisors will help you to find the perfect frames so they are comfortable, stylish and functional. 

As well as a long list of big name brands such as Tom Ford, Mulberry, Police, Carolina Herrera and many more, we stock an array of personally selected styles to suit all budgets, ensuring that you can truly express yourself with your new frames. 

Since opening we have continually invested in the latest technology. This includes a new OCT scanner which can take a 3D scan of the back of your eye, similar to an ultrasound scan, which enables us to diagnose any changes to your vision much sooner than was previously possible. Please ask about this service when booking your appointment. 

​We offer full NHS and Private Eye Examinations, Contact Lens fittings and bespoke dispensing consultations. 

Being an Essilor Expert we will recommend the best optical solution tailored to your lifestyle, needs and prescription. This includes the latest lens innovations from Varilux and Transitions brands. 

We also offer advice on Myopia management, and are now accredited to dispense Essilor Stellest Lenses.
